The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lohardaga Mahila P.S. Case No. 06/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 493 & 313 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Lohardaga. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the sister-in-law of the informant. 4. It was submitted that the victim is already a married lady. It was further submitted that the allegation that the petitioner had established physical relationship with her on the pretext of marriage is not substantiated. It was finally submitted that the allegation that the petitioner had forced her to undergo abortion has not been corroborated by any medical evidence. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lohardaga in connection with Lohardaga Mahila P.S.
