Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) The present execution petition arises out of CWPOA No. 5274 of 2020, titled Raj Kumar vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation and others, decided on 21.08.2023, whereby the respondent-Corporation has been directed to award one mark for disability and thereafter evaluate his merit and in case, he is found in merit, to offer appointment for Transport Multipurpose Assistant on or before 15.09.2023, with all consequential benefits from the date of appointment of other candidates selected and appointed on the basis of the same advertisement. 2. Counsel for the respondents-Corporation has placed on record order dated 12.09.2025, which would go to show that 2 2025:HHC:34939 out of total amount of Rs. 2,27,334/-, 10% TDS has been deducted i.e. Rs. 22,733/- and an amount of Rs. 2,04,601/- has been paid to the petitioner on 12.09.2025, as a full amount of pay arrear w.e.f. 14.06.2018 to 23.11.2021 . 3. Similarly, reference has been made to another Office Order dated 23.08.2025, which would go to show that out of total amount of Rs. 8,46,737/-, 10% TDS has been deducted i.e. Rs. 84,674/- and an amount of Rs. 7,62,063/- has been paid to the petitioner on 23.08.2025, as a full amount of pay arrear w.e.f. 25.11.2021 to 25.06.2024. 4. In such circumstances, counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the execution petition with liberty to file a fresh one in case calculations are not correct. Liberty is granted accordingly. 5. The execution petition is disposed off, so also pending application(s), if any. (G. S.
