Order on Board 15/01/2025 Heard.
1. By the present writ petition the petitioner is seeking a limited prayer for direction to the SDO (Revenue) to decide the application (Annexure P-2) pending before him filed under 115 of C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the SDO (Revenue) has not yet decided the application (Annexure P-2) filed before him under Section 115 of C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959. He further submits that the Tahsildar had also submitted a report recommending correction of revenue records to the SDO (Revenue) on 24.06.2024 (Annexure P-5).
3. Learned State counsel submits that if the application is still pending before the SDO (Revenue), the same shall be decided, within a period of 45 days, in accordance with law.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents attached.

5. In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, the present writ petition is disposed off with the direction to the SDO (Revenue) to pass final
order in the application (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioner under Section 115 of the Land Revenue Code within 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed off. Sd/-
