Case No. 07/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 376(2)(n), 417, 120B, 504 & 506 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Ms. Rojleena Bara, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. The informant is married lady. She was not having good relationship with her husband. It is alleged that petitioner taking advantage of this fact, on promise of marriage established consensual physical relationship with her. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is ready to marry the informant and both the parties have settled their dispute. 5. Learned counsel on behalf of the informant has submitted that parties have settled their dispute. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
