NC: 2025:KHC:16895 WP No. 24399 of 2024
THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the respondent-BDA has drawn the attention of this Court to Order dated 27.11.2023, passed in WP No.46049/2018, which was a writ petition filed by the petitioner.
2.
Learned counsel submits that the direction issued by this Court was that the BDA shall take steps for execution of lease-cum-sale agreement in favour of the petitioner and accordingly, by the impugned notice at Annexure-M, the petitioner has been called upon to come forward to get the lease-cum-sale agreement executed. However, it is the contention of the petitioner that a sale deed has to be executed and not lease-cum-sale agreement.
3. If that is the contention, a modification would be required to the orders passed by this court in WP
