The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and set-aside the impugned order dated 28.07.18 passed by IIIrd Additional Session Judge, Bilaspur and also call for the records and after hearing further give direction to reconsider the application U/S 91 of Cr.P.C. of the petitioner in Criminal appeal No.112/2016, in the interest of Justice.” 3. From perusal of the impugned orders and materials available on records, it transpires that this matter pertains to year 2018 and till date no interim order has been passed and today when the matter is called out, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, as such, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter due to efflux of time. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone. 5.
