Sri Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for respondents submits that in similar circumstances, this Court has rejected the writ petitions and he has placed reliance on two orders passed by this Court in Anikesh Kumar vs. Regional Manager, Rajya Bhandaran Nigam Lucknow and another, 2025:AHC:101974 and Mohit and others vs. Regional Manager, Rajya Bhandaran Nigam Lucknow and another, 2025:AHC:64872 that there is no employer- employee relationship between the petitioner and respondent-Corporation. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed with a cost of Rs. 1000/- to be paid by petitioner at District Legal Services Authority, Prayagraj within 3 weeks.
