Nagar, District Meerut. 3. Sri Rajjan Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant on his instructions seeks to withdraw the present application wherein challenge has been raised with liberty to file fresh on account of technical inherent defects. However, he submits that the certified copy be returned subject to furnishing of the photocopy. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 5. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 6. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the document which has been filed subject to furnishing of the photocopy.
