Heard both sides. Perused the order copy. On perusal of the order copy, it appears that inadvertently, the words “Revenue Department” is mentioned instead of “Forest Department” in Paragraph No.7 of the order of this Court. In view of the same, Registry is directed to modify the order of the Court, dated 02.09.2025 to the extent of deleting the words “Revenue Department” and substitute it with “Forest Department” in Paragraph No.7 of the order of this Court, dated 02.09.2025.
