Manoj Kumar Goyal and 3 others), arising out of Case Crime No. 659 of 2024, under Sections 420, 384 of I.P.C., P.S.- Civil Lines, District- Budaun, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun, but in the compromise verified by the trial court, the case has been shown as '7476/2025' and crime number has not been mentioned therein. Learned counsel for the applicants shall file supplementary affidavit to remove that inconsistency. Put up this case as fresh on 22.08.2025.
