1. Heard, Mr. Harshwardhan Singh Thakur, Advocate, appearing on behalf of Mr. Vimlesh Bajpai, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. None appears on behalf of the respondent.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present criminal revision has become infructuous, as the trial has been concluded and the applicant has been convicted against which he has also preferred a criminal appeal which is pending before this Court bearing Criminal Appeal No. 628/2018.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the present criminal revision is dismissed as infructuous. And the said Criminal Appeal No. 628/2018 shall be listed before the appropriate Bench as per the roaster. -
