Endowments Tribunal, at Pedakakani. As there is a delay of 115 days in filing the appeal, I.A.No.2 of 2017 (C.M.A.M.P.No.1689 of 2017) has been filed, seeking condonation of the said delay. 2. On account of the demise of learned counsel for appellant, this Court, on 22.07.2025, directed registry to issue notice to the appellant. 3. As per office report, notice sent to the sole appellant was returned unserved with endorsement “addressee deceased”. 4.
