On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, this Court does not find any contumacious conduct on the part of the respondent. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the final order, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 4. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
