The present application u/s 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.207/2024 registered at Police Station Digitally signed by BHOLA NATH KHATAI Date: 2025.07.16 16:52:22 +0530 2 Sahaspur Lohara, District Kabirdham (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(2)N, 65(1) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 4(2) & 6 of POCSO Act. 3. Learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application and also prays for a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial within a prescribed period considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 15.07.2024 and out of total 18 witnesses, only 5 witnesses have been examined so far. 4. As prayed for, permission is granted. 5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 6. However, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and to ensure that the trial is concluded as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
