2.
The petitioners, in both the cases, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chutia P.S. 3.

He next submits that other allegation of molestation and making the video viral is not against this petitioner and this petitioner is aged about 17 years and is a student of Class XI and studying in a Convent School. the instant case. He then submits that alleged occurrence is said to be dated 29.4.2025, whereas the FIR was lodged on 22.6.2025. 5. Learned State counsel, appearing in both the cases, opposes prayer and submits that allegation of molestation/ rape and making the video viral is direct against one Abhishek Nag, who is the petitioner in ABA No.5965 of 2025. He next submits that it has come in the counter affidavit that so far as Ujjwal Gari, who is the petitioner in ABA No.5746 of 2025, along with Rajesh Oraon are concerned, they have threatened the informant to kill and have compelled to take steps for suicide. 6. Looking to the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there is serious allegation against the petitioner namely, Abhishek Nag and he has molested and rape as well as made the video viral and in that view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to Abhishek Nag [petitioner in ABA No.5965 of 2025], and accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner namely, Abhishek Nag [petitioner in ABA No.5965 of 2025], is, hereby, rejected. 7. So far as the petitioner namely, Ujjwal Gari [in ABA No.5746 of 2025] is concerned, in the FIR the only allegation is made that he was present and his name is disclosed at the top and last paragraph of the FIR and apart from that, there is no allegation against this petitioner namely, Ujjwal Gari, and in that view of the matter, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner namely, Ujjwal Gari [in ABA No.5746 of 2025]. 8.
Accordingly, the petitioner namely, Ujjwal Gari [in ABA No.5746 of 2025], is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, namely, Ujjwal Gari [in ABA No.5746 of 2025], shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned AJC-IV Cum- Special Judge, POCSO, at Ranchi, in connection with Chutia P.S.
