On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is a major lady. 4. It was submitted that parties were in consensual relationship since last six years. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
