GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent to summon the petitioners to the police station at the instance of the 4th respondent and coerce, threatened the petitioners to undertake for alleged 2 payment said to have been taken by 1st petitioners husband viz., Majeti Vijaya Krishna from the 4th respondent, without any crime is highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to summon the petitioners to the police station (Rural) Narsaraopet at the instance of 4th respondent for accepting in writing by the petitioners to pay the alleged due amount of 1st petitioners husband viz., Majeti Vijaya Krishna from the 4th respondent.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the representation dated 21.07.2025 in Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) by Respondent No.4, the Petitioners were called to the Police Station for preliminary enquiry, however, no crime has been registered against the Petitioners. 3. None represented for the Petitioners. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to call the Petitioners to the Police Station, since no crime is registered against them. There shall be no order as to costs.
