Devki Devi, on submission made by learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has expired during pendency of the present criminal appeal. 4. Report of C.J.M. Udham Singh Nagar dated 19.06.2025 is on record. On the basis of the said report, it is quite clear that the appellant has expired on 15.12.2018, during pendency of the present criminal appeal. 6. Death certificate of appellant – Smt. Devki Devi is also annexed on record with the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar. 7. Having gone through the report and death certificate of the appellant, it is clear that the appellant has died. 8. In this view of the matter, this criminal appeal stands dismissed as abated.
