The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gandey P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 117 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have assisted co-accused Mithelesh Turi in enticing away the 17 years old daughter of the informant with the intention that Mithlesh Turi will marry her. 4. Mr. Pran Pranay, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this court towards the photographs of the victim with Mithlesh Tur showing that they had got married. 5. This appears to be the case of adolescent love affairs between the victim and Mithlesh Turi. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih in connection with Gandey P.S.
