ORDER
The above contempt case is filed complaining non-implementation of the order dated 16.09.2013 in W.P.No.26812 of 2013.
2. The petitioners, 8 in number, filed the above said writ petition impugning the Memo No.12080/COSE/A2/2004-4, dated 20.10.2004 issued by the respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.
3. The said writ petition was disposed of on 16.09.2013 in terms of order dated 30.07.2013 in W.P.No.9503 of 2005 and batch. While disposing of the writ petition, this Court directed the respondent to accord permission to the
petitioner-Institutions to fill up vacant grant-in-aid posts in accordance with the Rules.
4. Complaining non-implementation of said order, this contempt case is filed.
5. Sri Gurram Ramachandra Rao, learned counsel for the respondent submitted the written instructions of the District Educational Officer, Prakasam District, Ongole vide Lr.Rc.No.1203/C2/2014, dated 17.03.2025. A perusal of the written instructions would indicate that in respect of 1st petitioner-school, two SGT posts are filled vide proceedings Rc.No.2002/C3/2017 dated 23.03.2022; in respect of 2nd petitioner-school, one SA (Science) and 1 Grade- II Hindi posts are filled vide proceedings Rc.No.6300/C2/2017 dated 21.12.2021; in respect of 3rd petitioner-school, two SGT posts are filled by way of absorption vide proceedings Rc.No.6214/C3/2017 dated 30.08.2017 and in respect of the petitioners 4 to 7, no proposals are received from the respective schools. If the proposals are received, the respondent will consider and pass appropriate orders in terms of G.O.Ms.No.1, dated 01.01.1994.
6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated 16.09.2013 in W.P.No.26812 of 2013.
7. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is Closed. No costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
