It has been stated by the counsel for the applicant that the suit has been decided by the trial court vide its order dated 25.2.2025. As the suit registered under Section 176 of the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 has already been decided by the opposite party, no proceedings under the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 are to be registered.
