2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 27.08.2019 vide Annexure-A.
3. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care. 4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a mandamus may be ordered directing the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 27.08.2019 vide Annexure-A. AGA submits that an appropriate order may be passed. 5.
A Mandamus is ordered directing the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 27.08.2019 vide Annexure-A in accordance with the law, within eight weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order, if not already considered. 6.
