The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, while disposing of the petitions in Crl.MP.Nos.1207 & 1209 of 2025 by order dated 31.01.2025, imposed condition on the petitioner to deposit 30% of the compensation amount. However, the petitioner was not able to comply with the condition. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition praying to extend the time granted to comply with the above condition. 3. In view of the above above submissions, this Court is inclined to entertain this petition.
