Case No. 94 of 2025, S.T. Case No.359 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 111(2)(b)(4) of the B.N.S. and Section 17 of the CLA Act, in which, chargesheet submitted under Sections 113(5) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Hazaribag. On 24.04.2025 at about 10:00 p.m., the informant who is the Police Officer posted at Barkagaon Police Station, was checking vehicles at Palandu Barkagaon. While doing so, two unknown persons on a motorcycle tried to flee from the place of occurrence. The co-accused Jitendra Ganjhu was apprehended and naxal pamphlets, money and other articles were recovered from him. It was submitted that petitioner was not apprehended at the place of occurrence. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confession of co-accused. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Hazaribag, in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
