2. The Court made the following:
ORDER This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:-
“…to issue an order, writ or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in seizing the Tractor No.AP 26TB 6324 & Trailer No.AP 26TB 6325 of the petitioner without following any procedure under statutes as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 19, 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to release the vehicle from their custody and pass ...”

2. This Court on 21.08.2017 while issuing ‘Notice before admission’ has passed the following interim order:-
“… Having regard to the petitioner facts and circumstances of the case, I am satisfied that the respondents are directed to release the seized vehicles bearing Nos.AP26TB 6234 and AP26TB 6235 of the petitioner subject to the condition of furnishing third party securities to the satisfaction of the competent authority and with a further undertaking that the seized vehicles shall not be alienated, pending disposal of the writ petition. However, this order will not preclude the respondents from proceeding in accordance with law.”
3. Heard Mr. K.Navven Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
4. On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court on 21.08.2017, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and it may be closed.
5. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
