01. Petitioner is aggrieved of FIR No.08/2021 under Section 5(1)(d) read with Section 5(2) of J&K PC Act and Section 120-B RPC on various grounds urged in the memo of petition.
02. Respondent-UT has come up with an application CrlM No.877/2025 with the contention that investigation of the impugned FIR has culminated as not proved and seeks permission to file the closure report.
03. In view of the above, present petition has been rendered infructuous. Same is dismissed as infructuous and the respondent shall be at liberty to file the closure report in the competent Court.

05. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
