The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the repeated requests, no action has been taken on the petitioner’s representations dated 19.12.2019, 10.01.2020, 07.02.2020 and 17.02.2020. He further submitted that additional material papers had been filed to show that the representations had been given. 03. 04. The learned Assistant Government Pleader reported that he had no written instructions.
