The above writ petition has been filed to declare the action of the respondent authorities in trying to dispossess the petitioner from Plot No.1 of

IALA Layout, Jawahar Auto Nagar, Vijayawada, without issuing any notice, illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard Sri B. Vamsi Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Teja, learned Special Government Pleader, attached to the office of Advocate General, appeared for the respondents 2 & 3. 3. An interim order was granted on 29.10.2024, directing the respondent authorities to maintain the status quo, subject to payment of monthly rent of Rs.75,000/- from that day onwards. 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri Vamsi Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that pending the writ petition, the petitioner filed suit in O.S.No.97 of 2025 on the file of the learned VIII Addl. District Judge, Vijayawada against respondent No.2. Learned counsel would also submit that since the petitioner filed suit in OS.No.97 of 2025, the petitioner will prosecute the suit, instead of the writ petition. The petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. 5. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, no further adjudication is required in the writ petition. 6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
