Shri Purnendu Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the suspension order against the petitioner has been revoked and he has been reinstated in service. An affidavit to this effect has been filed stating that the petitioner has been reinstated in the service. The enquiry against the petitioner shall continue. In the facts of this case, the respondents are directed to conclude the enquiry within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. The petitioner shall cooperate in the enquiry proceedings. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The petitioner is entitled for regular salary after his reinstatement. Other dues claimed by the petitioner shall be decided after a decision is taken by the disciplinary authority pursuant to the departmental enquiry.
