Sri Syed Khadar Mastan, learned counsel representing Sri Sunil B. Ganu, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that pending the writ petition, the name of the petitioner was included in the voters list on 26.06.2023. Assailing the said inclusion, respondent No.4 filed W.P.No.22962 of 2023. 3. Thus, by efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication, and thus the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
