This application is made with a prayer for a direction upon the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate , Serampore to dispose of the G.R. no. 2377/2015 expeditiously. 3. Upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the learned advocate and considering the materials on record, this court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping this matter pending and directing servicing of notice upon the opposite party. 4. It is submitted by the learned advocate that the defacto- complainant and another witness have been examined and there are total 9 witnesses. This matter stands disposed of with a request to the learned Trial Court to 2 dispose of the case of G.R. no. 2377/2015 within a period of 6 months from the next date fixed. 5. Learned advocate for the State who is present in court be served with a copy. 6. The application is thus disposed of. 7.
