ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following reliefs:-
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents, particularly respondent and 4U,respondent in not conducting the survey of the petitioners’ land situated at Budavada Village, Survey No. 108 measuring Ac. 4.32 cents, despite the application dated 31.07.2025, and by the inaction of respondent Nos. 5 and 6 in registering a First Information Report (FIR) basing on the representation dated 18.07.2025, despite serious life threats as illegal. Irregular, Irrational, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14,21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to conduct survey of petitioners’ land situated at Budavada Village, Survey No. 108 measuring Ac.4.32 cents and respondent Nos. 5 and 6 to register an FIR basing on compliant dated 18.07.2024 and pass such other order. ”

learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. the petitioners being subjected to

Though the petitioners made several allegations against the respondents, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court, without touching the merits of the case, to i issue a direction to the respondents to dispose of the f-line application dated 31.07.2025 filed by the petitioners.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue readily agreed to dispose of the f-line application dated 31.07.2025, if any pending with the respondents.
5. In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court need not decide the truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the petition. This Court is conscious that no such direction be issued, in view of the
judgment of the Apex Court in P.Venkatesh^”, wherein the Apex Court held that such orders make for a quick or easy disposal of cases in overburdened adjudicatory institutions. But, they do not serve to the cause of justice. As the learned counsel for the petitioners himself requested to issue a direction to dispose of the f-line application dated 31.07.2025, this Court find no other alternative except to issue such direction.
