[2025:RJ-JP:3697-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-13/2025] In pursuance of the order dated 13.01.2025, corpus – Mst. ‘S’ has been produced before this Court by Mr. Sugan Singh, RPS, SHO, P.S. Shahpura, Jaipur (Rural). We conferred with her. She is a girl aged 19 years. With full confidence and composure, she stated that she is not illegally confined and has expressed her desire to go with the petitioner. In this background, we set the corpus at liberty. She is free to proceed as per her desire. The concerned Police Officer who is present in the court, shall ensure that proper security is given to corpus till the destination where she wishes to go.
