No.39740 of 2024 dated 27.12.2024. 2. After the interim order has been granted, the first respondent herein had passed an order appointing an Archagar to the institution. When the matter came up for admission, Mr. K. Karthikeyan, took notice for R2 and said that he will obtain instructions. 3. Today, when the matter was called, Mr. K. Perusal of the document shows that the first respondent has cancelled the proceedings dated 02.01.2025.
