The present application u/s 528 of BNSS has been filed with a prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 1864 of 2020 (State v. Shiv Kumar and Anr.), arising out of Case Crime No. 124 of 2020, under Sections 323, 504 and 506 of IPC, P.S. Sarai Khawaja, District Jaunpur, as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 23.07.2020, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
