Insofar as the remaining petitioners are concerned, the investigation has not found their involvement, and therefore, the charge sheet has been filed only against the aforementioned two petitioners. Considering that the investigation has concluded with the finding that offences are made out against petitioners- Mohammad Arif Khan and Arif Khan, and the challan has been presented, the proceedings in the present case stand closed. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to pursue the matter before the Trial Court, in accordance with law. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
