Petitioners have been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 385/2024, arising out of Giddi P.S. Case No. 119/ 2023, registered for offence under sections 341, 323, 354, 354A, 447, 427, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Smt. Kashika M. Prasad, learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Hazaribagh. It was submitted that the petitioners were released on Anticipatory Bail in this case by the learned Sessions Judge itself. It was further submitted that after investigation, police submitted charge-sheet under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned Committing Magistrate allowed the petitioners to remain on the same bail bond. However, when the petitioners appeared before the Session Court, the Session Court took him into custody. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Kashika M. Prasad, learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Hazaribagh or her successor in connection with with S.T. Case No. 385/2024, arising out of Giddi P.S. Case No. 119/ 2023. (Ambuj Nath, J.)
