The aforesaid writ petition was filed by the petitioner against the order dated 25.02.2025 passed by the Respondent No. 3/ Joint Magistrate/ Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar Moradabad. 2. After filing of the aforesaid writ petition, final order dated 11.07.2025 was passed by the Respondent No. 2 against the petitioner dismissing the Appeal No. 25 of 2025, which order is challenged by the petitioner by filing fresh Writ Petition being Writ C No. 25191 of 2025. 3. In this view of the matter, it is very fairly argued by Shri S.M. Iqbal Hasan, learned counsel for the petitioner that this writ petition has become infructuous. 4.
