The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lower Bazar P.S. Case No. 138/2025(N) corresponding to NDPS Case No. 116/2025, for the offences registered under Section 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act and charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 21 & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi. 3. On 07.06.2025 at about 6:10 P.M., Lower Bazar police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused from Khadgadda bus stand, Kantatoli. On search, 14.11 grams of brown sugar was recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that quantum of recovered brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi in connection with Lower Bazar P.S.
