Case No. 215 (S) of 2022 for the offences registered under sections 363, 366-A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO-cum-ASJ-I-cum-FTC (CAW), Garhwa. 3. Co-accused Jugnu Kureshi on the pretext of marriage, established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is a minor girl. The prosecutrix became pregnant. 4. Statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of the Cr. P.C. earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the victim in her statement has stated about the involvement of Jugnu Kureshi in the aforesaid occurrence. She has not stated anything regarding the involvement of the present petitioner. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO-cum-ASJ-I-cum-FTC (CAW), Garhwa in connection with Garhwa P.S.
