The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 133 of 2025 arising out of Chandwa P.S. Case No. 217 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 164 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26(2), 27 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Latehar. 3. On 07.11.2023, at about 04:30 P.M., father of the informant was murdered by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has come in confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Manoj Turi has been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Latehar in connection with S.T.
