GP FOR SERVICES III The Court made the following: ORDER: On 17.05.2018, the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short ‘the Tribunal’) passed interim order in O.A.No.902 of 2018, which is renumbered as W.P (AT) No.1775 of 2021, and the same is extracted hereunder: “Hence, pending further orders, the order of termination of the applicant in proceedings Rc.No.175-A1/2012, dated 09.05.2018 is hereby suspended and the respondent/District Educational Officer is directed to continue the applicant in service.” By virtue of the aforementioned interim order, the petitioner was reappointed as SGT (Telugu) vide proceedings in Rc.No.175-A/2012, dated 28.05.2018, issued by the 1st respondent. Thereafter, the Mandal Educational Officer, Sakhinetipalli, vide proceedings in Rc.No.256/2018-2019, dated 18.12.2019, regularized the termination period of the petitioner. In view of the same, the Writ Petition (AT) stands closed and the interim order dated 17.05.2018 passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.902 of 2018, is made absolute. There shall be no order as to costs.
