Whereas, the learned counsel appearing for the Dr.Puratchithalaivar MGR Government Arts and Science College has deducted totally a sum of Rs.21,180/- for the months of November, December 2024 and January 2025 at the rate of Rs.7060/- per month and these amounts have been sent to the Executing Court. 3. Now the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that these amounts have not been reflected and brought to the accounts of the Executing Court. 4.
