2.
Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that, by mistake the writ petition bearing WPS No. 5031 of 2025 was tagged with WPS No. 5003 of 2025 and other batch of petitions, whereas the subject matter of the present writ petition is the challenge of attachment of the petitioner from Block Sarangarh to Block Baramkela. However, by mistake they have mentioned the matter along with the other matters of rationalization and thereby inadvertently tagged it with other writ petitions and the order of rationalization was passed in that petition. Therefore, the order dated 18.06.2025, passed in WPS No. 5031 of 2025, may be recalled, and the said writ petition may be heard independently.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has not opposed the
submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant.
4. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The order dated 18.06.2025, passed in WPS No. 5031 of 2025 is recalled, and the said writ petition is restored in its original number.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the present MCC is allowed. Sd/- (Ravindra Kumar Agrawal) Judge ved
