Aggrieved from dismissal of Criminal Appeal No.382/2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge No.6, Kota on 29.08.2017 affirming the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 11.11.2016 in Criminal Case No.24/2016 passed by learned Special Judicial Magistrate (N.I. Act Cases) No.4, Kota instant revision petition is preferred by petitioner-accused Dhanraj. (2 of 2) [CRLR-1712/2017] 4. As per statement recorded by a Coordinate Bench on 12.07.2023, the petitioner-accused is in custody since 2017, and no SOS was granted to him. 5. The latest report filed by learned Public Prosecutor reflect that the petitioner released after remission. 6.
