Heard Mr.R.S. Manidhar Pingali, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services–I appearing on behalf of the petitioners.
2. The present writ petition is filed against the orders dated 26.7.2002 in O.A. No.6898 of 2002 on the file of the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad.
3. It is noted that the learned counsel for the respondents is no more. Be that as it may. The learned Assistant Government Pleader while placing a
2 WP_21889_2006 copy of the orders in W.P.No.4424 of 2004 & batch, dated 04.12.2006 and W.P. No.19875 of 2006, dated 05.7.2010, states that in the light of the said orders, the present writ petition may be allowed and remanded for fresh consideration in accordance with law. He also submits that the orders in the connected batch of writ petitions which were allowed and remitted back to the Tribunal for disposal of the O.As., became final and ultimately the O.As filed by the applicants therein were dismissed by the Tribunal. However, no orders to that effect were filed.
4. Considering the submissions made and in the light of the orders in W.P.No.4424 of 2004 & batch, dated 04.12.2006 and W.P. No.19875 of 2006, dated 05.7.2010, the writ petition is allowed, setting aside the orders dated 26.7.2002 in O.A. No.6898 of 2002. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
