The petitioner/wife has filed the present petition challenging the order dated 24.09.2024 passed by the learned Family Court, Jalna at Exhibit 31, whereby a question pertaining to construction of house was disallowed by the learned Trial Court during the course of deposition of respondent/husband. 2. The respondent/husband has filed affidavit dated 08.08.2025, stating that he has no objection for allowing the petitioner to put said question during the course of cross- examination. 2 990-wp-13798-2024 3.
