State of H.P. and Ors), whereby, her case was disposed of as being a covered matter under Satya Devi Vs. State of H.P. and Ors2 , assailed by the respondents-State before the Hon’ble Apex Court in several connected SLPs with lead case State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. Vs. Inder Pal3. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 CWP No. 2274 of 2021, decided alongwith connected matters on 28.05.2024 3 Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.11306/2025 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that case is not covered by Satya Devi2, rather by the judgment rendered in Reshmo Devi Vs. State of H.P. and Ors.4. 3. In view of the pleadings in the application as also in the writ petition, the applicant has made out a case for grant of relief prayed for in the application. Accordingly, judgment dated 14.07.2025, rendered in CWP No.11267 of 2025 (Tara Devi Vs. State of H.P. and Ors), is recalled. The writ petition is ordered to be restored to its original number. Application to stand disposed of. CWP No.11266 of 2025 With consent of learned counsel for the parties, matter is heard at this stage. 4. Petitioner is a retired Class-IV employee. She seeks applicability of Reshmo Devi4 to earn pension under the CCS (Pension) Rules 1972. It is, however, seen from the record that the petitioner has not preferred any representation for the redressal of her grievances raised in the writ petition. 4 CWP No.11004 of 2025, decided alongwith connected matters on 10.07.2025 3 5. Confronted with above, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be preferring a representation within two weeks from today. In case such a representation is so made, the same shall be decided by the competent authority in accordance with law as well as taking into consideration Reshmo Devi4 within a period of six weeks thereafter. The order so passed shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
