GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in calling the petitioner to police station and in interfering with petitioners possession and enjoyment of the house property situated in D. No. 8-587, Near Bilal Masid, Military Colony, Piduguralla, Palnadu District, at the instigation of respondents Nos. 5 and 6, and in interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 5 and 6 without following due process of law and without having any authority, as illegal, arbitrary, high-handed, malafide, ultra vires, contrary to the procedure established by law, apart from being violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequentially direct the 4th respondent not to call the petitioner to police station and not to interfere with petitioners possession and enjoyment of the house property situated in D. No. 8-587, Near Bilal Masid, Military Colony, Piduguralla, Palnadu District, at the instigation of respondents Nos. 5 and 6, in the interest of justice.” 2. Sri Kambhampati Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Police are interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
