Learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.1 has placed the Government Order dated 27.10.2023 passed by the Government, wherein the respondent No.1 - Government has withdrawn, the impugned order dated 20.05.2022 (Annexure-C), which is assailed in this writ petition. 3. In that view of the matter, since the respondent No.1 - Government has withdrawn the impugned order at Annexure-C, I am of the view that no further orders are required to be made in this writ petition. In view of withdrawal of the impugned order at Annexure-C by Government Order dated 27.10.2023, the respondent No.1 is directed to consider in case of granting approval/recognition to the petitioners' institutions forthwith for the academic year 2025-2026 in accordance with law.
